Ashleigh Gibson

I am a dedicated physiotherapist keen on investigating all ways of life, occupations and physical abilities. I take great concern in the fact that everybody is unique and has different desires, demands, genetics and environmental factors placed upon them and how this presents in everyday life.

I graduated from University of Witwatersrand in 2013 Physiotherapy(Hons). I went on to complete my Community Service at Hillbrow Clinic. After a year abroad in 2015, I continued to work in Out Patient practices and Hospitals in Johannesburg and Cape Town. In 2023 and 2024 I Travelled abroad while working on Superyachts in Europe, US and some Arctic Countries. I am now based in Cape Town, working with Virgin Active Sun Valley. It is a great environment with excellent facilities to cater for many exercise forms to promote Health, Wellness and Longevity for all ages.

My Hobbies include: Running, Cycling, Surfing, Rock climbing, Hiking, Sailing, Scuba diving, Swimming, Cooking, Sciences
